Day 7 Task
第七天作業

Create a list of people that make you feel uncomfortable.
建立一張讓你覺得不舒服的人的名單。

This may include people from the list of the first day, i.e. those who have pushed you to growth and have brought something meaningful to your life.
這個名單上可能包括第一天你列的名單上的人,例如那些推動過你的成長和給你的人生帶來意義的人們。

Here we are talking about the energy of discomfort.
在此我們談論的是不舒服/不自在的能量。

It can be your relatives or people who are now far from you.
可以是你的親人或不在你身邊、離得很遠的人。

Your litmus test here is a feeling of discomfort or unpleasantness, including if it is not a constant feeling of communicating with this person.
你做出判斷的關鍵點是一種不舒服的或不愉快的感覺,哪怕你不是每一次跟這個人溝通交流時都會有這樣的感覺出現。

For example, it can be neighbors, employees, bosses, family members, members of the government.
例如,可能是你的鄰居,員工,老板,家庭成員或者政府的工作人員。

Remember that these people may trigger you, and at the same time, may also be your teachers or mentors.
記住這些人可能會勾到你的情緒,但同時,他們也可能是你的老師或者導師。

Recall and discover why you added their names to this list.
回想和探索一下為何你會把他們的名字列在名單中。

After you create the list, write a blessing to each one of them, a specific blessing, from your heart to his or her heart.
建立名單之後,為每一個人寫上一份祝福,一份具体的祝福,從你的心到他/她的心。

For each of the the names you wrote whisper, “Ho’oponopono: I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.”
對每一個你寫上的名字,輕聲地說這四句療癒之話:“荷歐波諾波諾:我愛你、對不起、請原諒我、謝謝你。”

You have the opportunity to let go of negative feelings, seal off the leak of energy and regain your personal power.
你有機會去放下你的負面情緒,把這個洩漏能量的地方封住,並且重新獲得你的個人力量。
